Environmental information

As part of the development of plans for the NeuConnect Interconnector, we have undertaken a number of environmental studies, including an Environmental Impact Assessment.

The purpose of the Environmental Impact Assessment is to understand:

• the existing environmental conditions of the area in which NeuConnect would be built and operated
• the likely significant environmental effects that could occur during construction and operation of NeuConnect
• the proposed mitigation measures that NeuConnect will implement during construction and operation.
